Senior Manager AI Engineer (Azure AI Foundry + Microsoft Fabric)

About the role

Publicis Sapient helps enterprises move beyond AI experimentation into real-world impact through enterprise AI platforms, products and services. As a Senior Manager AI Engineer (Lead Generative AI Engineer), you will design, develop and deploy enterprise AI agents and intelligent workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, LLMs and agentic architectures. You will partner with clients, product teams and engineering leaders to turn complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI application development.
• Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows or autonomous AI systems in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures, semantic search, enterprise knowledge retrieval and AI-powered automation.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business applications, data platforms and enterprise systems.
• Experience in client-facing environments, partnering with stakeholders and explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Python, API development and integration, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, enterprise application development.
• AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel and AutoGen.
• AI governance, security, observability and responsible AI practices.
• Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, vector databases and enterprise AI platforms.
• MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD and cloud automation.
• Experience delivering AI solutions in consulting or enterprise transformation environments.

To stand out, candidates should also have experience with production-scale multi-agent architectures, AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or Slingshot, and experience delivering AI solutions in consulting or enterprise transformation settings.
