Senior Implementation Specialist – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the successful rollout of its SaaS platform for new customers in Costa Rica. The role is fully remote and focuses on guiding clients through configuration, customization and adoption to ensure rapid value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 12‑15 concurrent implementation engagements across diverse industries.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, training and consulting teams to define timelines, scope and change requests.
• Design, demonstrate and build Smartsheet solutions that align with customer business needs.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the Smartsheet platform, including premium products.
• Identify expansion opportunities and advise customers on best practices and scalability.
• Achieve KPI targets related to adoption speed, retention and expansion.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring, customizing and implementing SaaS applications.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of delivering fast time‑to‑value and recommending product extensions.
