Senior HR Field Generalist

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Senior HR Field Generalist to act as a strategic partner for business leaders and employees across assigned client groups. The role focuses on delivering HR solutions that enhance performance, engagement, talent development, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Work independently within established HR processes, selecting appropriate methods and tools to meet business objectives.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, securing management approval and overseeing implementation.
• Provide recommendations for effective allocation and management of financial and organizational resources.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and train team members across HR functions including compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Support work planning by establishing priorities, assigning responsibilities, and coordinating project timelines.
• Contribute to employee performance evaluations and ongoing development plans.
• Manage short‑term HR projects, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and deadlines align with business strategy.
• Develop and present recommendations based on project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a strategic HR partner or generalist, acting as a trusted advisor to managers.
• Strong capability to lead HR initiatives, manage employee relations, support talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and organizational change.
• Ability to work autonomously, identify improvement opportunities, and drive implementation.
• Excellent collaboration skills with Centers of Excellence and other HR stakeholders.
