About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will drive Baxter’s people strategy at the Cartago manufacturing site. Working onsite, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, translating business priorities into talent, culture, and employee experience initiatives across a multi‑shift operation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align operational priorities with people strategies.
• Lead talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, and change‑management initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Facilitate organizational changes and guide leaders through transformation periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or multi‑shift environment.
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable HR programs.
• Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Effective communication and influencing abilities.
