Senior Global Product Manager - Acute Patient Interfaces

About the role

Philips is looking for a Senior Global Product Manager for its Acute Patient Interfaces portfolio. The role leads the global portfolio, turning hospital and acute-care customer needs into portfolio strategy, lifecycle priorities and commercial execution. It is part of an office-based team, with in-person collaboration at least three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including portfolio strategy, roadmap, value propositions, business cases and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead portfolio development, relaunch and PDLM activities, aligned to business objectives, customer needs, quality requirements and timelines.
• Develop product positioning, claims strategies and customer segmentation from market insights, competitive analysis, clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Operations and regional teams to deliver portfolio initiatives.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs to strengthen customer insights and market adoption.
• Drive global launch and relaunch readiness and support regional go-to-market execution in acute-care markets.
• Guide regional marketing and sales teams and drive portfolio performance, profitability, market penetration and AOP targets.
• Oversee product validation, testing and lifecycle activities to support quality, performance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Healthcare or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in an international business environment in product management, marketing or a related commercial/strategic role, including regulated medical-device portfolios and lifecycles; hospital or acute-care device experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with acute-care clinical environments, ventilation, respiratory care, patient interfaces and related workflows.
• Experience across product lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, commercialization, market analysis and regulatory requirements, with exposure to FDA and EU MDR frameworks.
• Strategic, customer-focused communicator and cross-functional leader with strong stakeholder management in a global matrix environment.
