Senior FP&A Analyst – Customer Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager to join the GTM Finance team supporting the Customer Experience (CX) organization. The role will partner with CX, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders to deliver financial insights, improve processes, and drive data‑based decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CX spend planning models, rolling forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Deliver monthly close, forecast, and headcount analysis with actionable Business Variance reports.
• Automate and enhance reporting packages using data‑visualization tools for quarterly communication.
• Ensure accuracy of investment and profitability models to support strategic decisions.
• Review purchase requisitions and approve spending against budgets.
• Collaborate with CX and Accounting to streamline close reporting and financial processes.
• Analyze CX vendor contracts and subscriptions to guide procurement priorities.
• Develop ROI‑focused financial models and measure marketing spend efficiency.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and provide training on financial tools and systems.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into executive‑ready insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
