Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will join Envista’s North American finance team, supporting both finance and commercial operations. You will be responsible for actual reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial submissions, while providing analysis that drives revenue, margin and spend decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial and operational metrics reports and value‑added business analyses.
• Create, maintain and update financial models and forecasts.
• Track spend versus forecast and analyse variances.
• Support the annual budgeting process and financial submissions to Envista.
• Develop and improve standardised processes and automation tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
• At least three years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings to all management levels.
• Ability to interpret complex instructions and solve practical problems with limited standardisation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Alteryx or similar data‑preparation tools.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualisation.
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
