Senior Finance Business Partner & Analyst Manager

About the role

We are looking for a senior finance leader to head the ISC Finance Business Unit delivery for a global medical technology company. The role will manage a multi‑plant finance team, drive process improvements and act as a catalyst for change across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end close, financial reporting and quarterly forecasting for multiple sites.
• Lead annual budgeting, new product costing and cost‑to‑serve analyses.
• Manage balance‑sheet reconciliations, fixed‑asset accounting and capital‑project financials.
• Ensure accurate year‑end financials and tax reporting in compliance with corporate policies.
• Partner with site and business‑unit stakeholders, the NextGen team and other finance functions to interpret accounting policies.
• Identify and prioritize continuous‑improvement projects within the ISC Finance End‑to‑End Process Transformation agenda.
• Provide servant‑leadership, coaching and development for the finance team while championing change initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, multi‑plant finance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record of driving process improvement and managing complex, parallel projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional partners globally.
