About the role

Deloitte’s DT‑US Product Engineering team is seeking a Senior Experience Researcher to lead user‑centered research in a fast‑paced, creative environment. You will shape research strategy, generate actionable insights, and partner closely with product and design teams to drive impactful user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define, design, and execute comprehensive research strategies across multiple products.
• Apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover user behavior, motivations, and workflow.
• Facilitate cross‑functional design‑thinking workshops to align teams around user insights.
• Synthesize findings into assets such as personas and design opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to set success metrics and translate research into product strategy.
• Communicate research results in clear, consumable formats that inspire action.
• Stay current with UX, research, and behavioral analytics trends.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience conducting user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven ability to influence product decisions and drive customer‑centric outcomes.
• Strong track record of delivering research that shapes product development and business success.
