Senior Engineering Technician

About the role

FORJ is looking for a Senior Engineering Technician to ensure the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will work in a fast‑paced production environment, handling preventive and corrective maintenance while supporting validation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Support validation activities according to established procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and automation systems.
• Assist with light fabrication, equipment upgrades, and improvements.
• Maintain 5S standards and enforce safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects.
• Mentor and support junior technicians.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; technical diploma or certification in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, automation, mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
