Senior Director of CPS Capabilities

About the role

The Senior Director of CPS Capabilities will shape and execute the capabilities strategy for Coca‑Cola’s Commercial Products Supply (CPS) business. Reporting into the Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain function, this leader will drive digital, technical and change‑management programs across a global network of 19 manufacturing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the CPS Capabilities strategy covering digital, technical, change‑management and global supply‑chain capabilities.
• Oversee flagship programs such as Digital Academy, Supply Chain University, Engineering Edge and QSE Institute.
• Direct TISC Global Supply Chain initiatives including the Supply Chain Leadership Academy and Supply Chain Rising.
• Manage a team of functional experts and SMEs to deliver capabilities in Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and QSE.
• Design and implement strategic programs, competency frameworks and Future‑of‑Work skill strategies.
• Partner with senior executives and People & Culture to align capabilities with business needs.
• Integrate a comprehensive skills roadmap and drive adoption across all CPS plants.
• Lead cross‑functional communities of practice and support change‑management playbooks.
