Senior Digital Production Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Production Designer to deliver high‑volume web, banner and email assets for large, regulated clients. The position focuses on executing and scaling designs with speed, accuracy and strict brand compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce websites, display banners and email templates using Figma.
• Implement designs based on existing global design systems, components and tokens.
• Transform agency‑created concepts into production‑ready, scalable assets.
• Manage multiple iterations, updates and short‑turnaround revisions across active projects.
• Participate in client‑facing calls to present work and explain design decisions.
• Respond promptly to Teams messages and scheduled meetings.
• Provide light campaign and proposal design support when needed.

Required profile

• Senior‑level designer with a production‑focused mindset.
• Experience handling large volumes of digital deliverables for regulated industries.
• Strong attention to detail, speed and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal teams, agencies and client stakeholders.

Required skills

• Figma for web, banner, email and system‑based design.
• Adobe InDesign for layouts and documents.
• Adobe Illustrator for vector assets.
• Adobe Photoshop for image editing.
