Senior DevOps Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer II to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable systems that support our SaaS applications and platforms. Based in Costa Rica, you will join a globally distributed DevOps team within our Tech Ecosystem group, collaborating with product managers, developers, and operations specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure for SaaS products.
• Automate provisioning and enforce security controls using DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate in Agile, cross‑functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, incident response, and root‑cause analysis.
• Leverage containerization and open‑source tooling to enhance platform resilience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of corporate or professional services experience.
• Strong experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitHub.
• Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
