Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of the HiredScore AI platform. In this position you will act as the subject‑matter expert for product roll‑outs, guide cross‑functional teams, and serve as the primary escalation point for high‑impact client issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of leads, developers, and customer‑success specialists throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, mentorship and professional development for the delivery team.
• Coach and mentor team members to optimize performance and support career growth.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance on operations, client interactions and on‑demand client calls.
• Partner with application development scrum teams to deliver customer features and product innovations.
• Design tailored implementation plans based on client workflows and needs.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Executive leadership on both internal and client‑facing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading cross‑functional delivery or implementation teams.
• Strong track record handling senior‑level client escalations.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable implementation strategies.
