Senior Data Analytics Developer – Global Business Services

About the role

Join Thermo Fisher's Global Business Services team as a Senior Data Analytics Developer. You will transform data from multiple enterprise systems into strategic insights that support finance, customer care, and operations worldwide, helping the company achieve its 2030 vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects, from data extraction and transformation to visualization and insight delivery.
• Partner with global stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Power BI solutions.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards, data models, and row‑level security frameworks.
• Consolidate data from SAP, JDE, Salesforce and other sources while ensuring data quality and governance.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, ETL processes, Python and Databricks (Apache Spark).
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses and explore advanced analytics, AI, and predictive use cases.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and communicate insights to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience in global, cross‑functional environments is a plus.
