Senior Data Analyst – Sales Intelligence & Customer Insights

About the role

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in the EWS Sales Intelligence & Customer Insights team, turning finance and sales requirements into technology solutions that generate meaningful business insights, understand customer behavior, and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, design and enhance 80+ active dashboards serving over 60,000 annual report views, creating functional mock‑ups aligned with technical feasibility.
• Architect ETL pipelines using SQL, Python and JSON to provide robust data sources for high‑performance dashboards and self‑service analytics.
• Perform rigorous analyses on large, complex datasets to deliver strategic insights, margin analysis models and support pricing and product launch decisions.
• Champion Agile and Scrum practices, using Jira to manage iterative development and cross‑team collaboration.
• Act as the team “power user” for data warehouse and financial systems, automating workflows and training finance and sales analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of business experience with at least 2–5 years in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
• Strong background in Agile product development and work‑management platforms such as Jira.
