Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Account Services

About the role

The Strategic Account Services (SAS) team is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive growth for Amazon’s most influential sellers. You will partner with sellers to develop joint business plans, uncover new opportunities, and ensure a high‑quality experience on the Amazon Store.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and act on metrics that drive seller growth and improve the end‑customer experience.
• Analyze data and trends to develop long‑term strategies for a portfolio of sellers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute tailored solutions, new selection, merchandising, traffic, and conversion initiatives.
• Present strategic value propositions and influence seller decisions through consultative guidance.
• Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve the program.

Required profile

• Strong client‑management experience with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to work backwards from seller needs, prioritize inputs, and drive value.
• Comfortable managing multiple workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ownership, adaptability, and capability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
• Strategic thinker who can balance short‑term needs with long‑term investment.
