Senior Customer-Facing Solutions Architect (C# / Ruby)

About the role

Concentrix is looking for a senior Solutions Architect who will act as the primary technical partner and trusted advisor to enterprise clients. The role combines deep expertise in C# or Ruby with extensive experience in Smartsheet and its API to design, develop, and deploy complex integrations. You will lead high‑stakes client conversations, translate ambiguous business needs into robust technical strategies, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for enterprise clients, leading design sessions and architecture discussions with stakeholders from developers to C‑level executives.
• Provide expert guidance on Smartsheet product capabilities, APIs, and extensibility, advising on best practices, risk mitigation, and scalable performance.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams on presales feasibility, high‑level design, and effort estimation for new engagements.
• Design, document, and present sophisticated solutions including middleware, data migration, and third‑party system integrations.
• Manage technical project aspects such as client relationships, delivery timelines, and milestones to ensure alignment between expectations and execution.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom software solutions using C# or Ruby and a range of enterprise and third‑party APIs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of customer‑facing technical consulting or advisory experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong hands‑on background in C# or Ruby development, system design patterns, and large‑data best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
