Senior Creative Engineer (Motion & Design Systems)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Engineer to lead digital design and creative production at scale. Working alongside a talented creative team, you will translate conceptual ideas into pixel‑perfect, market‑ready assets while upholding brand standards and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Team to turn briefs and key art into scalable digital assets across multiple formats and platforms.
• Design and adapt artwork to meet strict brand guidelines and pixel‑perfect specifications.
• Create and maintain reusable templates and design systems that support high‑volume production.
• Produce high‑quality motion graphics and animated assets for digital campaigns.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows, automation tools, and production pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, Account, and Creative to ensure timely delivery of final files.
• Act as a gatekeeper of brand guidelines and mentor junior and mid‑level Creative Engineers.

Required profile

• Professional experience in an advertising agency or production design studio.
• Track record delivering digital campaigns, marketing collateral, motion graphics, and high‑volume production.
• Strong ability to build scalable design systems and templates.
• Mentoring mindset and a passion for continuous process improvement.
• Adaptable, eager to learn new technologies, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
