Senior Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them travel smart and efficiently. You will represent the company’s travel expertise, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies, providing expert consultation.
• Handle all regulatory requests and ensure compliance.
• Provide up‑to‑date industry information such as low fares, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Continuously expand knowledge of supported travel industries.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent.
• Strong working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus GDS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
