Senior Client Services Executive

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Senior Client Services Executive to lead client engagements, ensure high‑quality project delivery, and drive team performance across its global network of language services offices.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests, generate cost and timeline estimates, and initiate projects with detailed budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with production teams to anticipate and resolve potential roadblocks before work begins.
• Serve as the primary liaison between external clients and internal staff, setting expectations and ensuring adherence to ISO standards.
• Monitor project progress, enforce deadlines and budgets, and deliver high‑quality translations.
• Investigate client complaints, troubleshoot problem projects, and propose creative solutions.
• Train and mentor junior team members, and lead regular client and internal meetings.
• Report on KPIs, contribute to action‑plan development, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client services or account management within a translation or language‑services environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex, high‑profile projects independently.
