Senior Capacity Program Manager – Content Operations

About the role

Join Prime Video’s Workforce Management team as a Senior Capacity Program Manager. You will design and own capacity strategies that enable a global digital supply chain for streaming entertainment, ensuring the right talent is in the right place at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain reallocation frameworks and decision criteria for headcount movement across sites, programs, and workflows.
• Build network‑wide capacity models that provide 12+ week forward‑looking recommendations.
• Create and enforce work allocation SOPs and scheduling strategies.
• Partner with senior operations leaders to solve complex capacity challenges and influence resource allocation decisions.
• Drive adoption of standardized capacity management practices across a global team.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with experience in large‑scale operations or digital supply chain management.
• Proven ability to design scalable frameworks and navigate competing stakeholder priorities.
• Strong influence and leadership skills in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.
• Senior‑level experience (typically 8+ years) in capacity planning or workforce optimization.
