About the role
Coforge is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work remotely while collaborating with stakeholders in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will translate business requirements into data solutions and support data governance initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable format.
- Support data governance and documentation efforts.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of business processes and key performance indicators.
- Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis is a plus.
