Senior Associate Deal Ops Manager, Net New

About the role

The Senior Associate Deal Ops Manager, Net New will work within Workday’s Sales Operations team to support the sales organization in deal strategy and operational efficiency. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with Account Executives to drive deal execution, ensure accurate pricing, and negotiate commercial terms that benefit both prospects and Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and structure new deals from inception to close.
• Maintain accurate pricing information and ensure it is communicated to prospects.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial term documents to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Support the Quote‑to‑Cash lifecycle by working on the deal desk and providing direct field sales assistance.
• Identify and propose innovative approaches to improve deal efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a sales or deal support role.
• Experience with the Quote‑to‑Cash process and working on a deal desk or sales operations team.
• Understanding of software pricing models, preferably SaaS licensing.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to address objections related to subscription policies and commercial terms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) or comparable CRM systems.
