Senior Analyst – Contract Pricing

About the role

Sysco is seeking a Senior Analyst to own the end‑to‑end contract pricing process for its customers. The role ensures accurate, timely execution of contract pricing, supports continuous improvement, and acts as the subject‑matter expert for pricing issues.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and execute customer contract pricing in line with approved terms and internal processes.
• Process pricing changes, amendments, renewals and updates within defined service‑level agreements.
• Validate pricing configurations before go‑live to minimize errors and financial impact.
• Perform pricing validations, reconciliations and root‑cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex pricing issues and strengthen controls.
• Monitor pricing accuracy, KPIs and trends, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and serve as escalation point for complex matters.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in contract pricing, pricing analysis or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high‑impact, complex pricing activities independently.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to partner across functions.
• Experience documenting and promoting best practices.
