About the role

Nortal is looking for a Senior Adobe Workfront Developer to join its LATAM‑focused remote team. You will translate client business requirements into customized Workfront workflow solutions and Fusion integrations, collaborating with global teams in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements to design tailored Workfront solutions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Workfront workflow configurations.
• Create and manage Workfront Fusion integrations to extend platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide using agile methodologies.
• Promote best practices and technical standards across projects.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience with Adobe Workfront and Fusion.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and integration concepts.
• Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with distributed teams.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
