Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will support core general ledger activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial close, account reconciliations, and analysis. The role includes ownership of intercompany accounting and compliance with US GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries for month‑end and year‑end close.
• Own and reconcile intercompany relationships and balance‑sheet accounts.
• Analyze variances and trends across accounts, cost centers, and entities.
• Support AP, financial reporting, tax, and regulatory teams with requests.
• Assist external audit requests and work with Treasury, Finance, Internal Audit, and Business teams.
• Design, document, and improve accounting procedures.
• Lead or contribute to finance projects and coach junior staff.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of financial accounting experience; CPA or public accounting background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience in a multi‑currency environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
