About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Call Center Representatives to join our team from mid‑August to late December. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Costa Rica while providing flexible hours that can expand during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and process orders.
Provide product information, promote services, and resolve inquiries.
Apply company policies to address customer issues efficiently.
Escalate complex matters to the managerial team when necessary.

Required profile

Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
Strong listening abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
High attention to detail and quick decision‑making skills.
Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
No specific career background or prior experience required; call‑center experience is a plus.
