Search Lead – Bilingual SEO Strategist

About the role

We are a full‑service agency and content studio looking for a bilingual Search Lead to shape and execute data‑driven search strategies for our clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning search behavior, performance data, and consumer intent into actionable recommendations that boost organic growth and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, definition, development, and execution of search strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Develop data‑driven strategies based on user intent, business goals, market behavior, and performance insights.
• Identify consumer search trends, market gaps, and competitive opportunities, translating findings into strategic roadmaps.
• Define success metrics and align search performance with broader client objectives.
• Produce clear, visually compelling reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive advanced initiatives such as technical SEO, social search optimization, YouTube SEO, SEO/SEM integration, measurement, and analytics.
• Oversee deliverables to ensure consistency, quality, and client alignment.
• Guide and mentor search team members, providing feedback and professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uncover creative solutions and new strategic opportunities.
• Lead client‑facing discussions and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish (advanced) and English (C1+).
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical expertise.
• Immediate availability preferred.
