SAP Manager – Supply Chain & Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager to lead our Supply Chain and Engineering consulting projects within the Global Network. The role combines technical SAP expertise with client‑facing leadership to design, implement and optimise SAP solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of analysts and consultants throughout SAP project lifecycles.
• Initiate, plan and execute SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions.
• Stay current with the latest SAP releases and incorporate new functionalities where appropriate.
• Perform performance reviews, support recruitment and contribute to Centre of Excellence initiatives.
• Drive business development activities, develop points‑of‑view and expand practice engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP modules such as Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Warehouse Management (WM) / Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics Management (LM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Project management certification (PMP) or experience with SAP Activate methodology – a plus.
• Change management experience – a plus.
