About the role
We are looking for a Sales Customer Service Representative to provide high‑quality, accurate resolutions to customers via phone, email or chat. The role is on‑site at our San Pedro building and requires strong English communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer problems and provide solutions through the designated communication channels.
- Document interactions accurately in the database and track requests.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for service, productivity and quality.
- Follow up on issues until resolved, including requests, payments and information changes.
- Communicate with coaches, team members and other departments about problems, solutions and trends.
Required profile
- Fluent verbal and written English (minimum 85% proficiency).
- Ability to work on‑site in the San Pedro building.
- High school diploma.
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic mathematical, listening and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability, teamwork, stress tolerance and good data‑entry ability.
