Salesforce Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Salesforce Developer. You will customize and extend the Salesforce platform to support critical business processes, building scalable solutions and integrations that connect Salesforce with the wider enterprise ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications, components and automations that meet business needs.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems through APIs.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security and performance across the Salesforce environment.
• Troubleshoot issues, support deployments and continuously improve existing implementations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven expertise in building custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning components and declarative tools.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems through REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
