Sales Development Representative

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage daily contact with identified accounts, drive revenue, and ensure profitability. The role focuses on outbound outreach, customer relationship building, and coordination with field sales and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking to grow profitability.
• Conduct outbound communication with at least 60+ calls per day to generate new business.
• Coordinate with field sales to answer RFPs, provide proposals, and deliver QBR presentations.
• Identify growth opportunities through research and execute territory growth plans.
• Maintain detailed account profiles and propose additional TD SYNNEX solutions.
• Collaborate with sales support to ensure timely and accurate quote/order processing.

Required profile

• High school diploma with 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or prospecting.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication in English and ability to negotiate persuasively.
• Adaptability to change, ability to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
