About the role
Four Seasons is seeking a Room Operator for its Peninsula Papagayo resort in Costa Rica. The position supports the hotel’s commitment to luxury service and the “Pura Vida” experience by ensuring guest rooms are well‑maintained and responsive to guest needs.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms.
- Attend to guest requests within the rooms promptly.
