Risk Management Analyst

About the role

The Risk Management Analyst will support Bridgestone's Latin America corporate insurance and risk finance function, helping to develop strategic risk advisory capabilities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate underwriting and exposure data for insurance renewals and new placements.
• Provide monthly financial reporting, accounting, and analysis of risk exposure.
• Manage insurance invoice processing, premium payments, and budget planning.
• Maintain communication with brokers, carriers, and internal risk teams.

Required profile

• BS/BBA degree in business or related field.
• 3‑5 years of financial risk and insurance experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Tableau.
• Systems administration experience.
