Remote Travel Counselor

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Travel Counselor to be the front‑line representative for our clients. In this role you will help customers plan and book travel while ensuring compliance with their travel policies and providing expert advice on fares, penalties and exchange costs.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book and confirm travel reservations for clients.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies to provide accurate consultation.
• Handle all regulatory and compliance requests related to travel bookings.
• Provide up‑to‑date industry information such as low fares, exchange rates and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry landscape.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent or travel counselor.
• Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures and processes.
• Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
