About the role
The Remote Invoice Intake Analyst ensures vendor invoices move smoothly through an operations queue for US‑based businesses. You will monitor invoice imports, resolve registration issues, and keep records that prevent service interruptions while working US business hours from Costa Rica.
Key responsibilities
- Audit work orders for missing invoices and processing setup errors.
- Investigate failed imports, credential issues, and vendor portal changes.
- Track new account registrations and confirm successful invoice imports.
- Check closing statements and billable invoices before account deactivation.
- Maintain clear records, coordinate corrections with vendors, and resolve escalated intake issues.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Basic knowledge of Foundry and Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint and Excel.
- Strong organization and attention to detail across competing deadlines.
- Ability to investigate issues, work independently, and collaborate with other teams.
- Discretion when handling account information.
