Remote Inside Sales Representative (Cleaning Services)

About the role

A fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Remote Sales Representative to work from home on a contract basis. The role suits people who enjoy building relationships, like structured sales processes and want to contribute directly to company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads by phone, email and chat, build rapport and guide customers to the right service.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and past leads to generate interest and increase bookings.
• Encourage one-time customers to sign up for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleanings.
• Present the benefits of deep cleans, moving cleans and recurring options, and answer questions confidently.
• Follow proven sales scripts while personalising conversations, and book appointments in the BookingKoala system.
• Work toward daily, weekly and monthly targets and track performance.
• Keep customer interactions and bookings updated in the CRM and Google Sheets, and follow up with leads who haven't booked yet.
• Collaborate with operations, share customer insights with management and support marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date on services, pricing, promotions and policies, and help expand into new markets.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-centric, sales mindset.
• Comfortable making 80+ outbound calls daily and handling warm leads.
• Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Experience in phone-based or online sales and in a high-volume environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and phone systems.
• Use of online tools such as CRM and Google Sheets.
