Remote Hospitality Bookkeeper – Hotel Accounting

About the role

Howard Financial is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our hospitality clients. You will work remotely, handling daily hotel accounting tasks and providing accurate financial reporting for high‑growth companies.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily hotel transactions, invoices, and payments.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Maintain compliance with hotel‑specific accounting standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in the hospitality industry.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Availability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST.
