Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

Neat N’ Tidy LLC is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to ensure every client enjoys a seamless cleaning experience. You will act as the primary point of contact before, during, and after each service, turning potential cancellations into satisfied, recurring customers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with new and recurring customers after each cleaning to confirm satisfaction.
• Handle inbound messages (calls, emails, texts, tickets) and provide timely, solution‑oriented responses.
• Document client preferences, maintain consistent cleaner assignments, and promote upgrades or re‑bookings.
• Process cancellation and refund requests with empathy, coordinating reschedules or re‑services with Operations Coordinators.
• Investigate complaints using BookingKoala photos, notes, and time logs before responding.
• Track cancellations, refunds, and re‑service cases in the operations tracker and Slack channels.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to identify trends and improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate records in BookingKoala and Google Sheets for each interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success or customer service (BPO experience preferred).
• Strong empathy, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting response‑time targets.

What we offer

• Hourly compensation of $4.00 USD.
• Full‑time remote position with a schedule of 6 AM – 10 PM MT, including two weekend days and two consecutive weekdays off.
