Regulatory Data Coordinator

About the role

The Regulatory Data Coordinator supports Pfizer’s Regulatory Information Management (RIM) system by ensuring accurate metadata and facilitating the tracking, assessment, and submission of regulatory events across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all RIM events and related records, maintaining alignment with product registrations and master‑data standards.
• Interpret health‑authority communications, update the system accordingly, and notify relevant stakeholders.
• Review and approve data change requests in compliance with governance policies.
• Maintain active dossiers throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Train and support business users on data quality standards and process best practices.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with CMC strategists, labeling leads, clinical and country regulatory teams to fulfill data requirements.
• Drive continuous service improvement and ensure escalations and system solutions meet business needs.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of regulatory system structures, product licences, and master data.
• Experience with end‑to‑end regulatory change management across multiple domains.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex regulatory information clearly.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on data integrity.
