Regional Procurement Manager

About the role

Videndum is seeking an experienced Regional Procurement Manager to lead procurement initiatives in Costa Rica. You will develop and execute regional sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost‑saving and risk‑mitigation programs across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional procurement strategies aligned with global objectives, focusing on cost savings, value creation and supplier innovation.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management and preferred‑supplier list development.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global Category Leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Significant procurement experience in an international or multinational environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and supplier innovation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑sourcing platforms and spend‑analytics tools.
• Experience using integrated ERP systems (IFS ERP preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
