Regional HR Business Partner – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to lead the integration and harmonisation of people practices across our LATAM entities (Colombia, Costa Rica and Ecuador). Based in Costa Rica, you will work hybrid, collaborating with headquarters and local sites to build scalable HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing HR practices across LATAM sites and drive standardisation of contracts, compensation, and policies.
• Develop SOPs, employee handbooks and a monthly headcount reporting framework for global stakeholders.
• Implement a structured performance management system and talent retention initiatives.
• Establish consistent hiring frameworks, support critical hires and workforce planning.
• Review and align compensation structures, ensuring competitive and compliant reward strategies.
• Guarantee compliance with local labour laws, identify and mitigate HR‑related risks during and after integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably with multi‑country exposure.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation in Colombia, Costa Rica and Ecuador.
• Ability to balance global HR frameworks with local practices.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
