Record to Report Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Record to Report Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this position you will support financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role is focused on lower‑complexity problems and offers exposure to general accounting practices within a global professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational data reports for financial analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and reconcile transactions in the general ledger.
• Support the preparation and reporting of overall accounts.
• Collaborate with peers within Accenture and provide updates to supervisors.
• Follow detailed instructions for new assignments and adhere to rotational shift requirements when needed.

Required profile

• High School Degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor within a team.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
