About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Marina Flamingo office. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors in a fast‑paced real‑estate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and other real‑estate documentation.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Support the leadership team with reporting and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Experience in business administration or accounting.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced office environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other standard office software.
