Quality Technician Assembly

About the role

The Quality Technician Assembly supports continuous improvement projects, new product transfers and daily quality tasks in a regulated medical‑device environment. Working under limited supervision, you will inspect materials, components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in‑process components and finished goods according to procedures, drawings and specifications.
• Identify, segregate and document non‑conforming product, create NCRs in electronic systems and generate DPMO and defect reports.
• Support validation activities (PC, TMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ) and special inspections such as FAI, packaging tests, procedure changes, time studies and functional testing.
• Review DHRs and validation routes while maintaining complete, accurate and compliant inspection records.

Required profile

• High school diploma; Quality Technician certification or technical/university studies in Quality or Engineering preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the medical‑device or other regulated industry, or equivalent quality‑related experience.
• Ability to perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections using advanced measuring tools.
• Capability to read and interpret drawings, component specifications and acceptance criteria (CTQ/CTS).

Required skills

• Advanced measuring tools for visual, dimensional and functional inspection.
• Proficiency in Excel and Minitab for data analysis.
• Experience with Windchill, ARIS, SAP and MES systems.
