Quality Systems Supervisor

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Systems Supervisor to lead quality engineering activities within its MedTech Cardiovascular business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will ensure the company‑wide quality management system is developed, maintained and applied in line with internal procedures and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for the development, maintenance and enforcement of the quality management system.
• Collaborate with business partners on Quality System Standardization activities to ensure compliance with franchise procedures, J&J Medical Devices shared procedures, enterprise standards and external regulations.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for quality systems, tracking and reporting action‑plan status and completion.
• Assist in the creation, review and modification of quality system procedures, work instructions and related documentation.
• Support quality system related training and ensure consistent application across the organization.

Required profile

• Ability to work under limited supervision while adhering to all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and corporate guidelines.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in quality engineering or related quality assurance functions within a regulated environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO standards, medical device regulations).
