Quality Supervisor II

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Supervisor II to lead the daily management, maintenance, and monitoring of our Quality Department. Working with limited supervision, you will drive projects that enhance operational efficiency and support our mission to serve patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the functional group, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and corporate objectives.
• Manage continuous‑improvement projects for department processes.
• Participate in annual budgeting and oversee operations within budgetary limits.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze departmental data and Balanced Scorecard metrics.
• Create, update, and enforce internal policies, especially those related to regulated environments.
• Identify trends or complex problems, devise solutions, and recommend actions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on performance and processes.
• Maintain protocols, test logs, and collaborate with engineers or scientists on test fixtures, protocols, and inspection strategies.
• Handle technical, administrative, and logistical tasks, including equipment calibration, maintenance, and supply ordering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
