Quality Inspector – Manufacturing & Production

About the role

The Quality Inspector ensures that products, materials, and manufacturing processes meet established quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will work on the production floor performing inspections, audits, and supporting quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify Device History Records (DHR) for completeness and compliance.
• Inspect and validate product labels for accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct first‑article and first‑piece inspections before full‑scale production.
• Perform line audits to confirm adherence to work instructions and quality controls.
• Create, use, and verify visual aids in production areas.
• Enter and manage non‑conforming materials in the Material Review Board (MRB) system.
• Assist in investigating and documenting Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Execute material location movements in inventory/ERP systems.
• Report quality deviations, defects, or potential risks.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and GMP.

Required profile

• Technical education or high school diploma; technical degree in quality or manufacturing preferred.
• Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of quality documentation such as DHR, NCR, and MRB.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, or specifications.
• Familiarity with inventory control or ERP systems is advantageous.
