Quality Engineer III – Post Market Complaint Investigation

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a Quality Engineer III to join the Electrophysiology Complaint Investigation Site within the Post Market Quality Assurance team. The role focuses on analyzing field complaints, ensuring product issues are investigated promptly, and supporting patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical engineering analysis on field complaint investigations.
• Review and approve product analysis results to address allegations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, Quality, and Process Engineering teams in Canada and Costa Rica.
• Lead root cause analysis, initiate corrective actions, and manage CAPA processes.
• Apply risk management and data‑analysis techniques to post‑market data.
• Champion continuous‑improvement projects within the Post Market Quality department.
• Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and company values.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and controls.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams.
